There’s more to your routine than macros

You pay attention to what goes into your body, but what goes on it matters, too. Body wash, deodorant, sunscreen, and other everyday products can contain ingredients like parabens and phthalates.

Thrive Market takes the research off your plate by vetting every product against 1,000+ restricted ingredients, so upgrading your post-workout routine is as simple as adding it to your cart.

Shop trusted names like Dr. Bronner’s, Weleda, and ACURE, then put the products you reach for most on recurring delivery. You’ll save an extra 5–10% while keeping your shower, gym bag, and bathroom cabinet stocked without another last-minute store run.

2) Brady Tkachuk nets hat trick assisted by brother Matthew

The Tkachuk brothers made NHL history last night, with Brady scoring 3 goals in ~8 mins for the Florida Panthers and his brother Matthew assisting on all 3, in the first-ever natural hat trick fully assisted by a sibling.

In other NHL ‘Frozen Frenzy’ news:

  • Connor McDavid notched his 50th career 4-point outing in his 800th career game, as the Oilers (5-0-1, 11 points) remained undefeated in regulation.

3) Ohio becomes latest battleground in NCAA eligibility fight

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed an executive order yesterday allowing the state's colleges to bypass NCAA restrictions and give some athletes who entered school in 2022 a 5th year of eligibility.

  • To qualify, players must be 24 or younger, academically eligible, and have never signed a professional contract.
  • In response, NCAA president Charlie Baker sent a memo to schools last night saying the organization intends to continue enforcing eligibility rules “consistently,” and that the “Governor of Ohio cannot legislate NCAA eligibility rules.”
