1) NFL to launch flag football league
The NFL announced a partnership with TMRW Sports to launch a new professional flag football league for men and women ahead of the 2028 LA Olympics, where the sport will make its debut.
- Individual investors in the NFL’s new flag league include Tom Brady, Peyton and Eli Manning, Joe Montana, Steve Young, Serena Williams, and Billie Jean King.
- More details about how the league will work are expected over the coming months, with the launch timeline expected to align with the run-up to LA 2028.

2) Details emerge on Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest
Woods, who was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a rollover crash on Friday afternoon, told police he was looking down at his phone and changing the radio prior to the crash, per a newly released affidavit.
- Woods agreed to perform field sobriety exercises and passed the breathalyzer (indicating no alcohol), but later refused a urine test.
- He was also "sweating profusely" and "lethargic and slow," the affidavit said.
- Two hydrocodone pills were found in Woods' pants pocket, per the affidavit. Woods also told police he had taken prescription medication earlier that morning, but didn’t specify.

3) Bulls release G Jaden Ivey after social media rants
Chicago waived Ivey yesterday for conduct detrimental to the team, hours after he posted several lengthy video rants about religion and other topics (including anti-gay sentiments).
- Ivey, 24, was drafted 5th overall by Detroit in 2022 and played a key role in the rebuilding Pistons, but suffered a major knee injury in early 2025.
- The Bulls acquired Ivey from the Pistons in a trade last month, though Ivey was soon shut down for injury—and reportedly upset some Chicago staff members for being “preachy.”
4) MLB’s ABS system is already making waves
MLB introduced the Automated Ball-Strike (ABS) challenge system beginning with the 2026 regular season last week. And it’s already having a major impact across the league, drawing mostly positive reviews from fans, players, and coaches.
- In 62 MLB games played thus far, there have been 227 total challenges, with 124 of them (55%) resulting in overturned calls.
- And as a result of the new ABS system, which requires precise height measurements, the 430 hitters on MLB Opening Day rosters lost a combined ~20 feet vs. their previously listed heights.

5) Women’s Final Four is full of familiar faces
All four #1 seeds made the Final Four of women’s March Madness following last night’s Elite Eight games, making it the fifth tournament ever with a chalk-filled semifinals.
- This year’s quartet of #1 seeds—South Carolina, Texas, UConn and UCLA—are also the exact same four teams that made it last year, something that’s only been done once before (1995-96).
- The four semifinalists this year have won every tournament game by 10+ points, with their average margin of victory last round—23 points—setting a new Elite Eight record.

The hard part is what to do next

In crypto everyone sounds right until the next move hits. Being late or early can be the same as being wrong. Most people don't lose from missing information, they lose from not knowing what to do in time.
The DeFi Report newsletter shows how they're actually positioned and when they change it. No second guessing, no noise.
They moved to cash near October's top and called Bitcoin's drop to $65k before it happened.
