Nature's metabolic reset

Cold plunges do more than test your toughness. When exposed to freezing temperatures, the body activates brown fat, a unique type of fat that burns energy to generate heat and plays an important role in metabolic, cardiovascular, and cognitive health.
Morozko creates real ice, recreating the freezing conditions that help trigger the body's natural response to cold. With self-made ice at 33 degrees and ozone filtration, it's designed to recreate the experience of plunging into a frozen lake.
