The Charlotte Hornets reportedly agreed to trade star guard LaMelo Ball and Josh Green to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Naz Reid and a series of draft picks.
- As part of the deal, the Hornets receive an unprotected 2033 first-round pick, 3 first-round pick swaps, and 3 second-round picks.
- The Timberwolves’ decision to acquire Ball comes days after they reportedly traded All-Star F Julius Randle to the Brooklyn Nets in a salary dump.

3) Lions CB Arnold faces potential life in prison
Detroit Lions CB Terrion Arnold was arrested last night on 8 felony counts in connection with an alleged kidnapping and robbery in Tampa, FL, in February.
- Arnold, a 1st-round selection in 2024, faces up to life in prison if convicted, though his agent says he “categorically denies” the charges.
- Police accused the 23-year-old of being the “primary conspirator” in the kidnapping of three people who Arnold believed had robbed him and others of $250K+.
- Six other people were previously arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping.
